Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder input.- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.Skills and Tools Required:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Understanding of healthcare operations and industry standards is a plus.- Knowledge of project management methodologies.- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
