Business Analyst - IT

Job Description: Business Analyst (1–2 Years Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support our business operations, gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in developing functional specifications and process documentation.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of business processes and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
• Monitor and track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide operational and analytical support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Understanding of process mapping and requirement-gathering techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.).
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
