Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (IT) with 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to analyze business needs, define requirements, and ensure the delivery of effective technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an IT business analyst role or similar capacity.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
