Business Analyst

A Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in analyzing the business needs of an organization and identifying solutions to business problems. Their work involves understanding the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and then recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The key responsibilities of a Business Analyst will typically include:

• Shall be responsible for Work with team to understand business needs and document detailed requirements for daily basis or changes to existing systems.
• Shall be responsible for Analyze data related to business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Shall be responsible for Act as a liaison between Management and teams, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Shall be responsible for Identify potential impacts on business processes, and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with change.
• Shall be responsible for Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation to improve business processes and systems.
• Shall be responsible for Prepare and maintain documentation related to business requirements, processes, and systems.
• Shall be responsible for Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of new processes or systems.
• Shall be responsible for assist to Directors in important meetings and make MOM.
• Shall be responsible for Generate reports and analysis to provide insights into business performance and inform decision-making.
• Shall be responsible for Generate Reports Weekly-Monthly Sales/ Purchase/ Expense Report.
• Shall be responsible for weekly review meeting with team for task assignment/ achievement as per report.
• Shall be responsible for Generate Sales report monthly (Area wise/ party wise/ product wise)
• Shall be responsible for share half-month & monthly detail sales report and conduct team review meeting with directors.
• Shall be responsible for share daily sale report and sales team members work report in WhatsApp.
• Shall be responsible for monitor and generate sales report of West Bengal team and Sales.
• Shall be responsible for research national & international market and generate leads.
• Shall be responsible for coordinate with vendors/ Agencies and generate report for SEO/ FB/ AdWords.
• Shall be responsible for research market for new product development and upcoming months’ sales and product promotions.
• Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
