About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Business Analyst Intern

to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in business analysis, process improvement, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Support the creation of workflow diagrams, process maps, and functional documentation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design) to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business cases.
Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Test and validate solutions against requirements (UAT support).

Skills & Qualifications

Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
