Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with our experienced team of business analysts and data scientists to extract, analyze, and interpret data that will drive business improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and requirements
• Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and data warehouses
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support ongoing business operations and decision-making
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify insights and opportunities for process improvement
• Assist in creating and presenting data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively
• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in querying and analyzing relational database
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
