Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis, project management methodologies, and effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities

• * Should be experienced with IT Sales through- Upwork, freelancer, Guru, PPH, Sales Navigator, mails, LinkedIn, marketplace, etc.
• * Responsible for generating leads, drafting business/project proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals with potential customers.
• * Lead generation through bidding portals ( Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Uplers, etc.)
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain database designs to support data integrity and accessibility.
• Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in database design principles and experience with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R and Python is highly desirable.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and understanding of SDLC processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies relevant to business analysis.
