Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Business Analyst

to join our rapidly growing team. You will work closely with various business units and portfolio companies to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that will guide strategic decision-making. Your analytical prowess will help streamline operations and support the company's objective of creating scalable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Map existing processes and recommend improvements
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for development or implementation teams
  • Analyze operational and customer data to generate actionable insights
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategy decisions
  • Support UAT, testing, and project implementation as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations)

Key Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is a plus
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, especially Excel and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
  • Experience with CRM tools, data management, and reporting platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
