Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Business Analyst

to join our rapidly growing team. You will work closely with various business units and portfolio companies to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that will guide strategic decision-making. Your analytical prowess will help streamline operations and support the companys objective of creating scalable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Map existing processes and recommend improvements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for development or implementation teams.
Analyze operational and customer data to generate actionable insights.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategy decisions.
Support UAT, testing, and project implementation as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations).

Key Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is a plus.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelors or Master s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in a high-growth or startup environment.
