Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business, design, and development. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, and QA to understand business needs, define features, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders

- Translate requirements into clear, actionable feature documentation

- Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX aligns with business goals

- Work with developers to ensure features are implemented correctly

- Coordinate with QA to validate that delivered features meet requirements

- Maintain project documentation, including functional specs, user stories, and workflow diagrams

- Ensure timely delivery of features and projects to clients

- Act as a bridge between clients, designers, developers, and QA, facilitating communication and clarity

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into functional features

- Experience in creating documentation, user stories, and workflows

- Good knowledge of project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Ability to evaluate delivered features against requirements

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

- Exposure to project management or agile methodologies

- Familiarity with design and development tools (Figma, Jira, Trello, etc.)

- Prior experience in client-facing roles

Experience Level

* Freshers with internships/project experience in analysis are welcome

* 1–5+ years experience for mid-level candidates
