• Actively analyze and translate intricate business requirements into actionable project objectives within Asset
• Management and Investment Banking domains, ensuring ongoing alignment with organizational goals.
• Proactively break down complex requirements into manageable tasks, employing a systematic approach that actively contributes to efficient project implementation.
• Implement and actively enforce robust data quality frameworks and governance policies by establishing standards,
• processes, and controls to ensure accurate, secure, and reliable data management across the organization for informed decision-making.
• Involved in Risk & Performance, ESG, Fund Analytics, Client Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance within Asset
• Management and Investment Banking domains.
• Actively apply Agile methodologies, facilitating adaptability and responsiveness throughout project cycles
• Supporting project transformation initiatives to ensure successful adaptation and implementation of new processes and systems
• Utilizing analytics tools like Microsoft Excel, Postman, Power BI, Beyond Compare etc.
• Creating Orders, Epics and User Stories adding required level of details
• Actively conduct comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions, developing and actively sharing clear training materials and insights to continually enhance team expertise
• Actively apply SQL for data manipulation and database management
• Leverage Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Data Factory for scalable data storage and pipeline orchestration
• Working on client feedback and escalations to improve upon services
• Managing team of Data Analysts to ensure up skill of resources and high performance Rendering Wealth Management, Investment & Insurance services
• Prioritizing requirements from various stakeholders
• Communicating, translating, and simplifying business requirements
• Assessing change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
• Identifying the requirements from clients and delegating access to units by analysing the on-time need to streamline the process/activities
• Understanding business models of the clients to de-escalate complex transactions (including Forex) and clearing KYC/due diligence with detailed documentation
• Administrating CASA and Investment books; ensuring deepening of books
• Monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements laid by governing banking regulations
• Coordinating with internal/external departments for smooth operations as per Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, FEMA,andRBI guidelines
• Collaborating with Treasury department for daily rates on TC/DC,Currency, and Exchange.
