Business Analyst:

We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between data, technology, and business needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, interpret data, and provide insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.

What will you do :

• 
  Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

• 
  Translate business needs into clear, actionable reports, dashboards, or analytical models using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

• 
  Analyze trends and key metrics to support process improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

• 
  Create and deliver presentations and reports using PowerPoint, translating technical data into business-friendly insights.

• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Delivery) to align business goals with technical solutions.

Requirements

What we are looking for :

• 
  3–5 years of relevant experience in a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar data-focused role.

• 
  Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• 
  Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.

• 
  Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Good to have :

• Basic experience with Python or R for data analysis

• 
  Familiarity with SQL for querying and manipulating data.

• 
  Intermediate knowledge on Excel.
