Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work From Office 5 Days a Week Gender Preferred: Only Females are Prefeed Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of high-impact product features using Agile methodologies. As a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in shaping our products by ensuring clear communication, aligned goals, and user-centric design. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and use cases aligned with product goals. User Story Creation: Translate complex business needs into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Product Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized, groomed backlog aligned with product roadmaps and customer value. Agile Facilitation: Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the point of contact between product owners, UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and effective delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business process flows, wireframes, user journeys, and maintain clear records of progress, dependencies, and changes. Quality & Testing Support: Assist in validating developed features against requirements, and coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize product features, Agile practices, and team processes based on feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based and Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban) and product development cycles. Certifications: CBAP or equivalent business analysis certifications will be a plus. Hands-on experience with JIRA , Confluence , and other Agile project management tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , Google Docs , and UX tools like Figma for collaboration and design reviews. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, iterative product environment. Good to have: Exposure to test management tools.
