As a Business Analyst at CIMET, your role involves engaging with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing and translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product and development teams to design solutions aligning with CIMET's objectives. Your key responsibilities include: - Engaging with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements. - Analyzing and translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. - Collaborating with product and development teams to design solutions aligning with CIMET's objectives. - Participating in developing and enhancing business processes and frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless project implementation. - Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather insights, feedback, and requirements from various departments. - Assisting in the deployment and integration of business solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. - Monitoring project progress and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for improvements. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and implementation plans. - Preparing and presenting regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for management review. Your Skills And Experience: - Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
