As part of our expansion, we’re expanding our Product Development Team— a high-impact group that drives product development, business transformation, and systems excellence across Bizpole.
We’re looking for a sharp and structured Business Analyst – Tech to join this team.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of business understanding and technology execution.
As a Business Analyst – Tech, you’ll work directly with the Founder and the development team to translate business ideas, customer pain points, and process gaps into clear, actionable tech requirements.

You’ll be the bridge between operations, clients, and developers, ensuring what’s being built is exactly what the business needs — efficient, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Understand and analyse business requirements from clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct discussions, interviews, and research to identify the real needs behind requests.
  • Translate complex business scenarios into structured, documented requirements.

2. Documentation & Project Design

  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Flow Diagrams.
  • Collaborate with the Founder and department heads to design logical project flows.
  • Clearly define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for each feature or process.

3. Coordination with Development Team

  • Communicate requirements effectively to the development team and clarify doubts during execution.
  • Work closely with tech leads to ensure business intent is understood and reflected in the product.
  • Track project progress, conduct testing or validation sessions, and provide feedback during UAT.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse existing systems and suggest improvements to functionality, workflow, or user experience.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose small tech solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Document every update or change for easy traceability.

5. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare weekly reports on project status, bottlenecks, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Tech — to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Support the Founders Team in product planning and prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Project Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and documentation standards.
  • Hands-on experience with BRD/FRD preparation, flowcharts, use cases, and process mapping tools (like Lucidchart, Miro, or Draw.io).
  • Good communication skills — written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or SaaS product development.
  • Understanding of API documentation and integrations.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or Notion).
  • Prior exposure to client communication or product demo discussions is a plus.
