Position :-  Business Analyst – Payment domain

Job Responsibility:- 

1.       Support the Team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of Payment related IT Projects

2.       Involve in Project Management which includes resolving User/ System issues, managing vendors, resources and Project Schedules

3.       Facilitate in system function and workflow design

4.       Gather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis

5.       Establish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workarounds

6.       Provide training to local and overseas users

7.       Provide support in User Acceptance Testing

8.       Conduct study to analyze system effectiveness

9.       Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasks

10.    Assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals

11.    Prepare reports to Management and Head Office if required

Required skills:- 

•        Prior experiences in the implementation of Package System (Finastra) will be advantageous
•        Experience in handling the full payment operation process, including fee/charge application, reconciliation, exception handling, and settlement processes etc.
•        Experience in collecting business requirements and standardizing workflow across different entities
•        A meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation
•        At least 3 year of hands-on experience in creating both BRD and FRD
•        Experience in data mapping, data cleansing, providing migration support and data reconciliation
•        Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision-making skills
•        Strong team player preferably with experience in leading a Team
•        Sound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM)
•        Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
•       Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
•       Knowledge in MS Access/ RPA Programming will be advantageous

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Science or IT

Experience:  Between  3-6 years of Back-Office in Payment domain, business analyst activity, core banking, swift message& payments, APAC region handing with Finestra, CGI application system.
