ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A Marketo Business Analyst requires expertise in marketing automation to define business requirements within Marketo, design solutions for lead management, and optimize campaign performance. Key responsibilities include gathering stakeholder requirements, analyzing data for insights, creating reports and dashboards, developing process improvements, collaborating with technical and business teams, and ensuring the successful implementation and testing of Marketo solutions. Essential skills include proficiency in Marketo, data analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, and clear communication to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements for Marketo campaigns and functionalities.
Marketo Solution Design: Design and configure Marketo programs, emails, forms, and landing pages to meet specific business objectives.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing marketing and sales processes within Marketo to identify inefficiencies and suggest streamlined improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights, track campaign performance, and develop reports and dashboards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project goals.
Solution Implementation & Testing: Oversee the technical design, deployment, and testing of Marketo solutions, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and provide recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
