Position Overview

Business Alliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential business partners, channel partners, and strategic alliances in fintech, SaaS, and technology sectors.

• Generate high-quality leads

  through networking, research, and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and revenue-sharing models to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Explore co-marketing and co-branding opportunities to maximize partner visibility and growth.
• Track, measure, and analyze partnership and lead conversion performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on fintech, digital payments, and app development trends to identify new opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 6 months-1 year of experience in

  business development, alliances, or partnerships in fintech/IT/software

  (freshers with strong networking skills may also apply).
• Proven ability to

  generate and convert business leads

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of

  payment gateway solutions, digital transactions, or app development

  will be an added advantage.
