Role Overview: You will be the Business Alliance Executive at ITIO Innovex Pvt. Ltd., responsible for driving strategic partnerships and collaborations within the fintech and technology ecosystem. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, generating quality leads, forging alliances, and nurturing relationships to support the vision of creating secure and innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard potential business partners, channel partners, and strategic alliances in fintech, SaaS, and technology sectors. - Generate high-quality leads by leveraging networking, research, and market intelligence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts, agreements, and revenue-sharing models for mutually beneficial collaborations. - Explore co-marketing and co-branding opportunities to enhance partner visibility and growth. - Track, measure, and analyze partnership and lead conversion performance, providing regular reports to management. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, alliances, or partnerships in fintech/IT/software (freshers with strong networking skills may also apply). - Proven ability to generate and convert business leads. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build long-term business relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. - Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
