We are looking for someone who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of conference planning, sponsorship acquisition, and vendor coordination related to research and innovation investments. This role ensures effective management of grants - including reviewing applications, securing necessary approvals, monitoring appropriate utilization of funds, and ensuring compliance with governance and reporting standards. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, academic/research partners, and funding bodies to ensure the smooth execution of events and the transparent, strategic use of research-related investments.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Conference and event management • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external conferences, workshops, symposiums, and sponsored events • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, agenda planning, and delegate coordination • Ensure all conferences align with organizational objectives, branding, and compliance standards • Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate program content and identify keynote speakers Sponsorship strategy and vendor engagement • Identify sponsorship opportunities aligned with organizational strategy and outreach goals • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, research partners, and external vendors • Develop sponsorship packages and negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables • Ensure timely delivery of sponsor commitments and reporting of ROI and engagement outcomes
