What would you do?
Your role requires following responsibilities -Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customers’ accountsReview the transaction, associated accounts and highlight if unusual activity is indicated as per the defined processesPerform research, verification and analysis of the data and arrive at conclusionNarrate investigation outcome in a specific format for further escalation as appropriateAchieve the levels of productivity and quality as per the standards, agreed for the processAdhere to Organization Policies and RulesExpected to learn and demonstrate strong understanding of Compliance risks and controlsSupport the Lead in creating process documentations as per business requirementsa transformation from a necessary function for resolving customer problems into a value- generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market.Recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving or assigning incidents and service requests based on defined scope of support. Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for non-voice interactions like email, web and chat.

Specialization in Financial Fraud / Risk Management / Compliance Operations would be an added advantageEnglish Communication - Strong Articulation & WrittenLogical & Analytical thought flow The following skills are required to perform this role -Effective Verbal Communications - Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote actionEffective Written Communications - Create, deliver, or exchange concise written documentation with thoughts, opinions, or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action. Provide clear meaning to the audience by using correct grammar, sentence structure, punctuation and styleProblem Solving/Issue Resolution - The process of working through the details of a problem to find a solutionReporting Analytics - Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. It focuses on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behavior
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
