Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include client communication, sales strategy development, and performance tracking. The role also involves coordinating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Relevant industry experience is a plus
