Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Manager - IT to lead IT infrastructure and support operations across all brand stores and the head office. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, software systems, and network management, with strong communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the IT team managing hardware and software for all brand stores.
  • Install, configure, and maintain company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems at the head office.
  • Log and resolve technical queries from internal users and customers.
  • Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues or trends.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults promptly.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Respond to IT-related call-outs and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
  • Prepare sales data and resolve third-party integration issues (e.g., Zomato/Swiggy).
  • Manage user access and permissions across organizational software systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Team leadership, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
