We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must have IATA certified
  • Proven experience in business development or sales (2-3 years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
