Greetings,

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on BTL Marketing Manager to lead one of India's leading Fertility Centers below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities across the assigned region. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing hyperlocal campaigns such as fertility awareness camps, clinic-level engagement, partnerships, and social media management.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare or service-based field marketing, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to foster meaningful community connections.

Key Responsibilities

Local Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities such as fertility camps, awareness drives, and outreach events.
  • Identify high-potential areas and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

    Community & Hyperlocal Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, local influencers, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Adapt and localize campaigns based on regional audience behavior and demographics.

Social Media Management

  • Manage clinic-level social media pages with engaging and relevant content.
  • Capture and share live updates, testimonials, and community stories from events.

Event Management

  • Lead end-to-end organization of fertility camps and brand events, including venue finalization, promotions, vendor coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure smooth event delivery and a positive stakeholder experience. Reporting & Performance

    Tracking

  • Maintain detailed reports of BTL activities, leads generated, ROI, and budget utilization.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports with the BTL Marketing Head and recommend improvements.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand professionally in all community and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across all materials and communications.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Work closely with central marketing and operations teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and company policies during activities

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • 24 years of experience in BTL/field marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or other service-oriented sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing events, field campaigns, and vendor partnerships.
  • Fluency in the local language (Telugu preferred) and strong knowledge of local geography and culture.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with agility to manage on-ground challenges.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for local engagement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region for campaigns and events
