Key Responsibilities: Branch Onboarding & Expansion Initiate dialogue with Central Bank of Indias Regional Managers for branch-level tie-ups and onboarding. Identify high-potential geographies for co-lending expansion based on strategic inputs and data. Coordination with CBI Branch Managers (BMs) Liaise with CBI BMs to complete onboarding formalities and ensure timely activation of co-lending branches. Act as a single point of contact between Mag Finserv and respective CBI branches. Operational Enablement Ensure smooth execution of operational processes at new branches in line with co-lending SOPs through trainings and regular monitoring Facilitate KYC, documentation, systems integration, and loan origination workflows with the branch teams. Problem Solving & Relationship Management Troubleshoot bottlenecks and operational challenges in coordination with internal teams and CBI counterparts. Build and maintain strong working relationships with CBIs regional and branch officials. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track performance of newly launched branches and ensure alignment with business goals. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 47 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Fintech operations, business development, or co-lending partnerships. Prior exposure to branch-level operations, partner onboarding, or stakeholder management in BFSI is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skillsespecially with public sector bank officials. Excellent coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across regions for branch activation. Understanding of co-lending or gold loan products is a plus. Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language knowledge is an advantage.
