Job Description:
As the Marketing and Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and promote its gold loan services. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively position as a leader.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
-Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, and offline mediums.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the gold loan industry. Utilize insights to tailor marketing strategies and messaging accordingly.
-Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
-Oversee the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support sales and promotional activities.
-Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to enhance online visibility and engagement.
-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
-Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the gold loan market. Leverage insights to adapt marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
-Cultivate strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to maximize exposure and brand advocacy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (3 years) in marketing and brand management, preferably in the financial services or NBFC sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and web analytics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
