Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Organize and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly calendars

  • Coordinate meetings across time zones and departments

Travel & Logistics

  • Plan and book domestic/international travel

  • Prepare itineraries and manage visa/passport requirements

Meeting Preparation & Follow-up

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials

  • Record minutes and track action items

Email & Communication Support

  • Draft, review, and send emails on behalf of the VP

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications

Expense & Budget Management

  • Process expense reports and track reimbursements

  • Support budget tracking and invoice approvals

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams

  • Represent the VP professionally in all interactions
