BTL Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. BTL Camps & Activations

• Plan and execute BTL camps across residential societies, corporate offices, and banks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure activities align with quarterly marketing targets.

2. Outdoor Brand Visibility

• Lead initiatives to enhance outdoor branding and visibility.
• Deploy branding elements across identified touchpoints.
• Monitor overall brand presence and consistency.

3. Product Promotion through Camps

• Drive product awareness and customer engagement during camps.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through on-ground activities.

4. Fresh Lead Generation & Conversions

• Focus on generating fresh landings and marketing conversions through BTL channels.
• Implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.

5. New Initiatives & Innovation

• Explore and execute new BTL experiments to enhance customer reach.
• Bring learnings and fresh ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of BTL & on-ground marketing
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
• Data-driven approach with strong reporting skills

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, activations, or field marketing
• Experience in handling BTL camps and on-ground activities preferred
