Job Description

As a BTL Manager (Camps & Field Activations), your role involves planning, executing, and measuring below-the-line marketing campaigns, particularly camps, field activations, and outreach events to enhance brand visibility, directly engage consumers, and drive leads/footfall. Key Responsibilities: - Develop concepts and strategies for camps/field activations such as health camps, sampling camps, and roadshows. - Create activation plans including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Ensure alignment of camp campaigns with overall marketing and brand objectives. - Coordinate venue identification, permissions, equipment, and infrastructure. - Oversee logistics including transport, setup, staffing, supplies, permits, and field operations. - Manage vendors, contractors, and field execution teams to ensure quality, timely delivery within budget. - Recruit, train, and supervise on-ground staff, promoters, and volunteers for camps. - Prepare detailed budgets, monitor costs, and optimize expenses for each campaign. - Define KPIs, monitor performance, and compile post-activation reports for analysis and future improvements. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective coordination and stakeholder management. - Ensure brand identity consistency and oversee the creation of marketing collateral for camps. - Maintain quality standards, compliance with safety and local regulations, and resolve operational challenges on the ground. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in below-the-line marketing, camps, or field activations. - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for vendor and stakeholder management. - Budgeting proficiency and cost control expertise. - Analytical mindset for measuring campaign performance and driving improvements.
