Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of BTL campaigns, events, and activations across regions Ensure consistent and immersive customer experience in all on-ground brand interactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Sales, Product, Digital) to integrate offline and online experiences Identify local insights and consumer behaviour to tailor region-specific BTL strategies Monitor campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and optimize based on analytics Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets to ensure flawless execution Develop post-activity reports with ROI and impact metrics for continuous improvement Planning and Execution of End to end GTM for any new product launches / refresh Training and educating internal stakeholders on customer-centric approaches and best practices to foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization Responsible for City launches / dealership launches/ Dealership Activations Responsible for Activation on ground and Channel marketing support to provide unique customer experience Driving Marketing automation thru cross functional collaboration Preferred candidate profile
