Role Overview


Brand & Community Architect

You’ll be the strategic and creative force that:

  • Builds the Zoos Brand

    into a thought leadership engine through content, PR, and design.
  • Architects communities

    of CIOs, CTOs, DevOps and Security leaders — city by city — through

    Design Circles, networking dinners, and ecosystem events.

  • Creates powerful touchpoints

    like Zoos Index, our annual thought leadership publication, and narrative-driven content that defines the next era of enterprise tech storytelling in India.

Key Responsibilities


1. Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Shape Zoos and ZEAP’s brand positioning as the defining voice in India’s enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • Lead Zoos Index — the annual flagship publication on SaaS adoption and leadership insights.
  • Own brand identity and tone across all touchpoints — events, decks, PR, and digital.
  • Drive high-impact narratives and campaigns around partnerships, launches, and milestones.

2. Community & Events

  • Build and scale Design Circles — curated city-based communities for product, infra, and tech leaders.
  • Create tiered executive networks (C-suite to operator) via structured WhatsApp and LinkedIn groups.
  • Orchestrate flagship vendor-led events (Datadog, GitLab, PagerDuty) around Cloud, AI, and Security.
  • Host invite-only Founder Circles and relationship-driven ecosystem experiences.

3. PR & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Cultivate strong media and analyst relationships to drive consistent brand visibility.
  • Build a Zoos newsroom to amplify partner, customer, and ecosystem stories.
  • Co-create reports, playbooks, and roundtables with associations and thought leaders.

4. Content & Design

  • Lead storytelling across case studies, leadership content, and visual assets.
  • Oversee creative direction and maintain a unified, premium design language.
  • Ensure every Zoos touchpoint reflects clarity, aesthetics, and thought leadership.



Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in

    brand, ecosystem, or community marketing

    , preferably in SaaS, tech, or venture ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to

    build executive communities

    and run high-impact events or programs.
  • Strong grasp of

    brand storytelling, content strategy, and design aesthetics

    .
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills — able to craft thought leadership narratives.
  • Network-driven and relationship-oriented, with natural ecosystem-building instincts.
  • Strategic mindset with executional depth — thrives in lean, fast-paced founder-led environments.
