Category Understanding

Strong understanding of the wellness, sports nutrition, or supplement category.

Prior brand experience in this space will be considered a strong plus.

Team Leadership

Ability to lead and guide a small team (creative, copy, design, video, influencer management).

Capable of coordinating effectively with the brand manager.

Strategic & Execution Skills

Proven ability to strategize and execute campaigns across multiple brands (3–4 simultaneously).

Experience in building and executing monthly brand plans (social media + influencer campaigns).

Digital Marketing Competence (Most Crucial)

• Strong expertise in leveraging digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) for brand storytelling.
• Practical experience with paid marketing campaigns, digital media planning, SEO, and LinkedIn outreach programs.
• Should be able to integrate brand stories seamlessly into digital execution for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in brand and content strategy (agency or brand side)
2. Prior experience in wellness, fitness, nutrition, or ‘better-for-you’ alternatives category is essential
3. A strong understanding of the sports nutrition industry will be a definite plus
4. Passion or personal interest in the fitness and wellness space is highly preferred
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong grasp of digital storytelling, content trends, and consumer journeys
7. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with sports supplement brands or D2C health brands
• Past involvement in influencer-led campaigns or branded content series
• A personal fitness journey or background in creating or consuming wellness content
