Job Description

As a Brand Strategist at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the brand identity of our businesses. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives, defining brand messaging and positioning, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, creating compelling content to enhance brand perception, and collaborating with various departments to drive brand loyalty and business growth. You will be expected to oversee the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and video campaigns that reinforce brand values. Additionally, you will work on developing brand awareness campaigns that engage target audiences and drive loyalty while collaborating with creative teams to produce visually impactful branding materials. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align branding efforts with business goals. You will also partner with design teams to ensure a visually compelling and cohesive brand presence, managing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners for creative and PR initiatives. In terms of performance and analytics, you will be responsible for tracking and measuring brand awareness, audience engagement, and sentiment analysis to refine strategies. You will identify key brand health metrics, report insights to stakeholders regularly, and utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and customer feedback to improve brand perception and effectiveness. Reporting on the impact of branding initiatives on business growth and client retention will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within web design and development services. You should possess a proven ability to create and implement brand strategies that drive business growth, particularly in the web design and development sector. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is essential, along with experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagement. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Advanced data analysis skills are necessary to translate insights into impactful strategies, and familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Excellent project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, a collaborative approach to team management, and a strategic mindset are also essential qualities for this role.,
