● 3–5 years of social media/digital marketing experience (D2C beauty/wellness a plus).
● Deep understanding of social media platforms and trending Indian digital culture.
● Strong grasp of content strategy, performance metrics, and brand storytelling.
● Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Google sheets, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
● Ability to brief creative teams and lead campaigns from concept to execution.
