As a Brand Strategist, your role will involve developing, executing, and managing brand positioning, messaging, and marketing initiatives for our clients. You will be responsible for enhancing brand equity and market positioning by implementing brand strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, SEO, PPC, and design, will be crucial to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Crafting compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and positioning statements tailored to digital audiences will be a key aspect of your role. You will oversee brand campaigns across digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and monitor brand performance using digital analytics tools to provide optimization recommendations. Additionally, you will develop guidelines for brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all digital communication channels and stay updated with industry trends to keep client brands relevant. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 1-4 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency. A strong understanding of digital branding principles, consumer psychology, and online marketing trends is essential. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and brand performance metrics. Experience in working with creative teams, digital marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders is beneficial, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and brand monitoring platforms is a plus.
