Job Description

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Build strategic direction for D2C, lifestyle, culture, and tech brands
  • Break down briefs and find sharp insights to turn into campaigns, voice, and visuals
  • Conduct research on market, audience, and culture and translate it into usable direction
  • Ideate, plan, and

    execute founder-led personal branding strategies

    (LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, etc.)
  • Own our

    Brand Strategy Papers / Opportunity Decks

    created for prospects during the sales stage — from research → insight → articulation
  • Craft positioning, messaging, tone guides, and rollout strategies
  • Work closely with design, content, and performance teams to bring strategy to life
  • Identify what’s happening in the world (and what matters) so we can lead, not just follow
  • Support pitch teams with storytelling clarity, structure, and strong insight framing
  • Ensure every idea is rooted in strategy, and every strategy is rooted in reality

Qualifications

  • Have 1–3 years experience in a creative agency, branding firm, or marketing team
  • Think in systems, speak in ideas, and execute with clarity
  • Read market patterns, not just moodboards
  • Understand consumers and consumption shifts across categories and platforms
  • Know how to structure brand narratives that drive results
  • Are comfortable working in tools like Notion, Google Slides, ChatGPT, and Slack

  • 🎓Extra Credit if you

    • Have worked on Gen Z or youth-centric brands
    • Have helped shape campaigns from insight to execution
    • Are interested in storytelling, brand IPs, or cultural trends
    • Think strategy is creative work, not just theory
