Job Description

Brand Manager


What You'll Do:


  • Channel Strategy & Selection:

    Lead the research, identification, and evaluation of a diverse range of brand channels, with a strong emphasis on OTT platforms (e.g., streaming services, connected TV) and other non-traditional digital and offline channels.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth analysis of audience consumption habits, channel effectiveness, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform channel selection.
  • Partnership Development:

    Identify and forge strategic partnerships with channel owners, media agencies, and technology providers to secure optimal placements and opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Contracting:

    Lead negotiations for media buys, partnerships, and sponsorships to ensure cost-effective and impactful channel utilization.
  • Budget Management:

    Manage and optimize the budget allocated for non-Google and Meta brand channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Brand Strategy, Creative, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of brand messaging across all selected channels.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience

    in marketing, media planning, brand management, or a related field, with a significant focus on channel strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in OTT advertising

    and a strong understanding of the evolving digital media landscape beyond Google and Meta.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and implementing effective brand channels that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand objectives into actionable channel strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Familiarity with ad tech and media buying platforms specific to OTT.
  • Experience working with or for media agencies.
