Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
: Oversee and grow the social media profiles of MagicMond and its clients across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase engagement, brand awareness, and online presence.
Content Strategy & Calendar
: Develop a comprehensive content strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and engaging content calendar that aligns with brand goals and marketing objectives.
Content Coordination
: Collaborate with the visual designer, video production team, UGC agency, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
Caption & Post Management
: Write engaging captions and ensure that static, video, and carousel posts go live according to the content calendar, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.
Client Collaboration
: Conduct weekly meetings with clients to discuss content calendars, gather feedback, and iterate content quickly to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Website & Landing Page Content
: Create compelling copy and structure for websites and landing pages of MagicMond and its clients, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
SEO-Driven Blog Writing
: Write SEO-optimized blogs for MagicMond and its clients to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic using relevant keywords.
Ad Campaign Strategy & Copywriting
: Develop copy, strategy, and scripts for static, carousel, and video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Collaboration with Ad Managers
: Work closely with Meta and Google Ads managers to deliver creatives, ad headlines, descriptions, and ensure the ads are aligned with the overall campaign goals.
Consistency Across Channels
: Ensure consistency in messaging and communication across all touchpoints, including social media, ads, and landing pages, to strengthen brand identity.
Collaborate with Founders
: Work with the founders to create strategic portfolios and client proposals, contributing to the pitch process and showcasing MagicMond’s capabilities and vision.
Requirements
Must haves
1. Minimum 3 years of expertise in content strategy and social media management for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
2. Proven experience in SEO and writing SEO-driven blogs to improve website visibility.
3. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for different channels (social media, blogs, landing pages).
4. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including strategising for creatives, writing ad copy, headlines, and optimizing ads.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an effective content calendar and meet deadlines.
6. Collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
