Brand Strategist

As a Brand Strategist at Rasta in Gurgaon, your primary role will be to comprehend and appreciate a brand's objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop effective creative strategies and communication plans across various media channels. This will involve leveraging components such as Cultural Insighting, Creative Planning, and Media Execution. Working closely with a team of Brand Executives and other collaborators, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing Campaign and Content strategies. Your key responsibilities will include setting and managing customer expectations for both long and short-term accounts, ensuring high-quality creative strategy and media delivery, managing team performance and morale through OKRs and Rasta principles, nurturing relationships with directly managed brands, and contributing to Rasta's growth through internal initiatives and participation in new business dialogues. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in Planning, Account Management, or Creative Direction within a Brand, Creative Studio, or Design House. A degree in Communication, Management, or Business is preferred along with exceptional communication and presentation skills. You should have a keen interest in learning about new tools, trends, and frameworks, a track record of delivering flawless projects, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and exposure to various media formats for creative execution such as Digital, Print, OOH, and Partnerships.,
