It is also important to stay updated on audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft creative brand strategies for clients and oversee their execution. - Develop guidelines for online and offline client voices, including terminology, motto, and slogans. - Brief the creative team on promoting and marketing projects they will handle. - Conduct lead-focused and competitive research to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique qualities. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new products and markets. - Create social media strategies for Sfumato and its clients. - Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for clients. - Collaborate with clients and internal partners to find solutions to problems. - Generate concepts for clients" social media, web, graphics, presentations, etc. - Brainstorm with team members to develop creative ideas and make decisions for campaigns. - Create presentation decks and pitch to brands. - Work closely with the creative head and designers for product realization. - Coordinate with internal departments for all brand requirements from planning to execution. - Ensure timely and effective communication with the internal team to meet client timelines. - Conduct in-depth research on clients" brands and competitors. - Develop engaging and informative content for target audiences. - Manage the company's portfolio by regularly updating and modifying it. - Handle the overall online presence strategy for the company, including social media, website, Google My Business, and other platforms. - Proofread content before delivering it to clients. - Thoroughly proofread content meant for Sfumato. **Qualifications/Skills Required:** - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with good communication skills.
