Brand Strategist

What You’ll Do

• Develop brand strategies and campaign frameworks for top B2C brands.
• Work closely with the sales & partnerships team to create pitch decks, brand narratives, and campaign ideas.
• Lead strategic thinking for brand activations, IP creation, college outreach & partnerships.
• Translate briefs into insight-driven proposals that help win business.
• Understand youth behaviour, pop culture, event trends and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with creative, production and operations to ensure strategic alignment during execution.
• Build long-term relationships with brand managers, agencies & partners.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in brand strategy, marketing, events, or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling & consumer insights.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically under deadlines.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Experience in entertainment, events, or youth marketing is a strong plus.
