Job Description:

• Develop data-driven marketing strategies

  that align with brand objectives and growth targets. Recommend campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative direction.

• Lead brand accounts end-to-end,

  client servicing, strategy, execution, and client satisfaction.

• Supervise

  the creative communications team to ensure effective planning and communication.

• Ensure accurate task allocation, briefing, and timely deliverables across accounts.

• Resolve internal issues or team dependencies proactively.

• Ensure timelines, quality, SOPs, and trackers are maintained across the team.

• Review performance, MOMs, escalations, and provide feedback loops.

• Liaise with Creative, Strategy, Social Media, and Business teams to ensure alignment.

• Track team bandwidth, allocation, and delivery consistency.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
