Brand Strategist

Role Overview: As a Brand Strategist at Rasta in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to understand and appreciate the objectives, challenges, and opportunities of brands and translate them into effective creative strategies and communication plans across various media channels. You will be involved in cultural insighting, creative planning, and media execution. Additionally, you will oversee campaign and content strategy while working closely with a team of Brand Executives and other collaborators. This management role requires experience in team management. Key Responsibilities: - Set and manage customer expectations for both long and short term accounts - Develop high-quality creative strategies - Ensure quality media delivery for the creative strategies - Manage team performance and morale through OKRs and Rasta principles - Maintain healthy relationships with directly managed brands - Contribute to Rasta's growth through internal initiatives and participation in new business dialogues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning, Account Management, or Creative Direction at a Brand, Creative Studio, or Design House - Graduation or Post-Graduation in Communication, Management, or Business - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Continuous learning about tools, trends, and frameworks - Proven track record of flawless project delivery - Willingness to be hands-on to ensure project success - Exposure to various media formats for creative execution such as Digital, Print, OOH, and Partnerships (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description),
