Brand Strategist

Role Overview: As a Brand Strategist at Rasta in Gurgaon, your main responsibility will be to understand and appreciate a brand's objectives, challenges, and opportunities. You will then need to translate this understanding into effective creative strategies and communication plans across various media channels. Your role will involve working on components of creative strategy such as Cultural Insighting, and Effective Creative and Media planning and execution. Additionally, as a Brand Strategist, you will be in charge of formulating and supervising the execution of Campaign and Content strategies. This will involve collaborating with a dedicated team of Brand Executives as well as internal and external partners. The role also requires management experience as you will be overseeing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Setting and managing customer expectations on both long and short term accounts - Developing high-quality creative strategies - Ensuring top-notch media delivery for the creative strategy - Managing team performance and morale through OKRs and Rasta principles - Maintaining healthy relationships with directly managed brands - Contributing to Rasta's growth through internal initiatives and participation in new business dialogues Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning, Account Management, or Creative Direction at a Brand, Creative Studio, or Design House - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Communication, Management, or Business - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Continuous learning about tools, trends, and frameworks in the industry - Proven track record of flawless delivery on past projects - Willingness to be hands-on to ensure tasks are completed - Exposure to various media formats for creative execution such as Digital, Print, OOH, and Partnerships,
