Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 7+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, including strategy development and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, particularly in digital campaigns, roundtable leader acquisitions, and audience acquisition for campaigns. This role requires agility, smart working, creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. In summary, we are seeking a proactive individual with a go-getter attitude. Responsibilities :- Brand Strategy Developmen t: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and equity in alignment with client objectives. Marketing Campaign s: Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and events to drive brand engagement and sales Digital Marketin g: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms. Market Researc h: Collaborate with the research team to conduct market research, reach out to leaders and participants and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Brand Managemen t: Manage brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, ensuring messaging and visual identity align with client brand guidelines. Content Managemen t: Collaborate with the editorial team to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, articles, email campaigns, and advertisements. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaboratio n: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy development, operations and executing marketing campaigns. Proven track record of successful brand building and marketing campaign management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
