As a Junior Brand Solutions Executive (Sales) - Creative Services at Mad Men Marketing in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in client acquisition. Your responsibilities will include researching and building a pipeline of potential clients in FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and tech industries. Additionally, you will be supporting in creating and delivering pitches, proposals, and case studies, driving conversations with brand managers and marketing decision-makers, and achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and deal closure targets. Collaboration with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client needs, as well as staying updated on industry shifts and competitors, will also be part of your role. - At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition at a creative/advertising/digital agency - Strong communication, networking, and persuasion skills - Comfortable pitching creative services beyond media buying or tech sales - Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by ownership - Looking for a long-term growth path with clear promotion tracks You will have the opportunity for fast-track career growth with mentorship from senior sales leaders, learning retainer pitching, high-value deal closures, and creative solutioning.
