BrandSheep NetworkA curated talent ecosystem connecting brands with top creative specialists and on-demand teams.⸻Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Solutions Executive based in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work.The role involves:• Supporting and executing brand strategies• Leading social media and content workflows for your set of clients• Coordinating content production with BrandSheep Labs• Supporting personal branding mandates for founders, CXOs & creators• Working on brand IP launches and experience-led content ideas• Collaborating with internal teams to drive brand consistency and impact⸻

Responsibilities • Conduct market research and extract insights for brands • Support in building brand strategies including positioning, messaging & identity frameworks • Lead social media execution, posting calendars, and digital content execution • Drivecontent production across formats (static, video, reels, campaigns) • Support personal branding: content, storytelling, narrative building • Ideateand execute IP launches (social series, events, branded concepts) • Trackperformance, prepare reports, and optimize based on insights • Coordinate with creative, production, and performance teams • Maintain strong client communication and manage deliverables⸻🧠Qualifications • Experience or interest in social media & digital content production • Ability to derive insights from research and cultural cues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strongcreative thinking + structured execution • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Priorexperience in branding/marketing roles is preferred (not mandatory)
