We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Brand Analyst to join our Brand Protection team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing potential trademark infringements across e-commerce platforms, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports. You will play a vital role in bridging communication between clients and suppliers, ensuring the protection of our clients' brands online. Key Responsibilities Identify and review potential brand infringements on online platforms. Analyze data and prepare client-ready reports using Excel and PowerPoint . Maintain updated records and tracking dashboards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely actions. Serve as a communication bridge between client and supplier teams. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role. Strong proficiency in English , especially in identifying keyword variations and misspellings. Working knowledge of trademark is a plus. Hands-on experience with Power BI is highly preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage large data sets. Role & responsibilities You will play a key role in providing legal support to various functions within the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Must have minimum 4 years of experience in handling trademark & copyright ( IPR Laws, Brand protection) You will be responsible for drafting and vetting contracts, managing compliance with food and labor laws, liaising with government authorities, and handling disputes or litigation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external legal advisors, and government bodies to facilitate business operations while ensuring legal protection. - Ensure that the company's operations are legally sound and in compliance with industry standards and regulations, focusing on minimizing legal risks and exposure. Role & responsibilities The Senior Data Analyst will be tasked with the following: Collaborate with the enforcement team to access and understand the data available for analysis. Clean and integrate relevant data into analytical tools for data mining and trend analysis to identify patterns, trends, and risks. Develop risk scoring and prioritization criteria based on traffic volumes, content availability, time to takedown, and other factors important to our clients. Curate prioritized lists of targets worth investigating based on the analysis and explain the rationale behind each selected target. Collaborate with the investigations team to review and refine target lists. Continuously improve data analytics processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile The Special Investigations team is currently based in Brazil and the USA. Due to the time difference, the ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision. They are expected to be flexible to attend meetings during evening hours in India. More specifically, the Senior Data Analyst will thrive if they have the following qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, of which at least 2 years in anti-piracy. Demonstrated experience in building and executing new processes. Proficient in data cleaning, data mining, trend analysis, and risk scoring using analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions. Technical skills like programming languages (Python, R) or database management (SQL) are a plus. Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and take ownership, driving projects forward with minimal guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Resourceful problem-solving skills and an innate attention to detail. A passion for intellectual property protection and a strong ethical compass.
