As a part of the team at Corsearch, your role will involve contributing to the creation of a trustworthy consumer environment by partnering with businesses to protect their trademarks and brands in the digital landscape. Your responsibilities will include: - Investigate & Analyse: Utilize your skills to delve into online marketplaces, e-commerce sites, and social media platforms to identify any infringing content. Your attention to detail will be crucial in detecting unauthorized use of our clients" intellectual property. - Execute Enforcement: Collaborate with various online platforms, e-commerce sites, and hosting providers to initiate necessary takedown procedures, ensuring the security of our clients" content. - Collaboration: Engage closely with our Client Management teams to support in achieving brand protection objectives by providing insights and updates on specific cases. - Trend Reporting: Analyze enforcement reports, recognize patterns, and offer insights on unusual activities to enhance strategies and services. - Strategic Input: Provide suggestions for enhancements to our strategies, such as changes in focus, targets for investigation, or modifications to enforcement techniques. - Adapt & Innovate: Undertake specific tasks related to programs, adjust to shifting priorities, and introduce new ideas to streamline processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduates/Postgraduates from any discipline with experience in secondary research or data analysis. - B.Tech graduates with relevant experience. - Background in Brand Protection, Research, or Data Analysis (minimum 1 year). - Law graduates specializing in IP law with prior experience in a law firm or corporate setting are encouraged to apply.,
